In addition, service charges for kitchen and serving staff begin at $23 per hour.
Staff will generally arrive 45-60 minutes before guests are expected.
There is a minimum delivery charge of $35.
Complete rentals for dinner service (glasses, dishes, cutlery) begin at $6 per person.
Hors d’œuvres may be chosen à la carte from our Hors d’œuvres menu. Our customer service manager will be happy to help you with your selections. We recommend a selection of 2 hors d’œuvres with 3 bites of each, for a total of 6 bites per person.
